Exchange / Store Credit Policy

* Refunds are not accepted, only an exchange/store credit.

 To have an exchange/store credit approved...first please see that your item/s meet ALL the guidelines listed below. Any unapproved exchanged will be refused.

  1. ALL exchanges/store credits must be made within 30 days of date purchased.
  2. ALL clearance and items discounted are FINAL SALE (no exchange/store credit will be given).
  3. Items must have tags attached - in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke/odor free condition.

** Please note: we can ONLY exchange an item if you need that same exact item in a different size. If you want another item - then your return will need to be processed as a store credit.

** Returns for a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, and will be emailed to you at the address provided at checkout. 

** Your original shipping fee will be reimbursed towards your store credit.

** Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
